I’m Daniel Vargas, founder of Ownably and a Florida-licensed Real Estate broker and investor based in Fort Lauderdale.
Over the past few years, I’ve been part of 40+ on- and off-market transactions across Southeast Florida. From straightforward sales, creative structures, and complex problem-solving deals. I’ve seen firsthand how confusing and stressful it gets when everyone is shouting different answers at you.
I started Ownably to give sellers one thing I didn’t see enough of: clear options laid out in writing, with someone local they can actually talk to.
